Omaha Divorce Support Group

I grew up as a child of divorce in the 70's when divorce was not as prevelent as it is today.  Those years, and the events that occurred as a result of my parents' divorce, formed my beliefs on marriage and divorce and are at the core of who I am today.  I had promised myself that marriage would be for life and that divorce would never be an option for me.  God had other plans and I too went through a very difficult and contentious divorce as an adult, despite being a social worker in the child welfare system and thinking I was going to do everything "right".  This is not an easy process.  It affects all aspects of your lives, as well as your children's, and a lot depends on how you show up.  I am here to use my experience for good, both personally and professionally, and to turn my "mess" into a message and help others along the way.  This is why I became a coach.  I look forward to working with you and empowering you and helping you to get in touch with who you are and where you want to go from here to live your best life!  We will learn ways to cope and adapt to the many new changes, transform ourselves to become even better and stronger, and then get to a place of thriving......
